The Case San Bartolo country estate and apartments are situated in north of the “Le Marche” region in Italy.

They are secluded in part of a private 3 hectare forest in the middle of the Monte San Bartolo nature park - a  rich wooded hilly area (170m above sea level) close to the Adriatic sea and a few minutes’ drive  from evocative medieval small villages, fortresses and castles.

The country estate Case San Bartolo consists of  two annexed houses with their origins dating back to the end of 1700.

They have been renovated recently, respecting the environment, into three spacious well equipped apartments.

The park adjacent to the house and the  swimming pool with a panoramic view is at the disposition for the guests and to common use.

The swimming pool measures 7 times 14 meter and works with a system of salt hydrolysis and is therefore free of chlorine .
